What plants are good for containers all year round?
A few of our favourite low maintenance plants include buxus balls, cordylines, eucalyptus, fatsia caster oil, ornamental grasses and palms and each of these plants are hardy and evergreen meaning you will have all year round structure within your garden displays. Flowering favourites like roses, geraniums, lavenders, and hydrangeas add seasonal colour, while grasses introduce movement and texture. Trailing plants such as ivy, lobelia, or bacopa soften pot edges and help containers look full and generous.
