How long do potted peace lilies live?
Many people consider three to five years an average peace lily lifespan. However, indoor peace lilies have been known to live two decades or more. Late winter or early spring is the best time to repot and propagate peace lilies. Keep peace lilies in bright, indirect light – near a window but not in direct summer sun – to ensure strong growth and flowering. Plants will survive in deeper shade but will rarely flower and will grow very slowly.
