Who owns Strata Green?
Today, StrataGreen is led by Selby’s sons, Tim and Rick Sharpe, who have expanded the company into the comprehensive operation it is today — while staying true to the values it was founded on: quality products, industry expertise and genuine customer service. Strata was formerly owned by Berry Global Inc, who acquired the Business as part of its acquisition of the Northamptonshire based RPC Group in 2019. Chiltern Capital LLP backed the management buyout led by Jay Ilsen, chief executive.
